Your content
Everything you write, record, or reflect on remains yours. We use it only to power your experience and generate insights for you. You can export or delete it at any time.
Premium & subscriptions
Premium features are billed through Stripe or Razorpay. You can cancel from your provider dashboard. Refunds are considered case-by-case within 14 days if the app materially misbehaves.
Fair use
Please don't use ItsOnlyBetweenUs to harm others, scrape our AI outputs at scale, or attempt to bypass security. We reserve the right to end access for abusive behavior.

We'll email or notify you in-app for meaningful updates to these terms. Small edits happen occasionally.
